Computer Lab Assistant

Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)

Lab Management:

• Maintain and manage the computer lab and its equipment
• Ensure proper functioning of computers, printers, and network systems
• Assist in setting up systems for practical classes

Technical Support:

• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Install and update software as required
• Support teachers and students during computer lab sessions

Lab Discipline & Maintenance:

• Maintain discipline and proper usage of lab resources
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the lab environment
• Keep records of lab usage and equipment

Coordination & School Activities:

• Coordinate with teaching staff and management
• Assist in school events related to technology and computer education
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Required Skills

Role-Specific Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Understanding of operating systems, MS Office, and internet usage
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

Additional Skills:

• Organizational and record-keeping skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities

Communication Skills:

• Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Ability to manage lab operations efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview and probation period

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: Not Mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
