Arts and Crafts Teacher
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach Arts and Crafts to students using creative and activity-based methods
- Plan and conduct drawing, painting, and craft sessions
- Develop students’ creativity, imagination, and artistic expression
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive, creative learning environment
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of art materials
- Complete lesson plans and assigned tasks on time
Student Development:
- Encourage participation in art competitions and exhibitions
- Guide students in projects, models, and creative activities
- Support overall personality and creative development
Coordination & School Activities:
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, and cultural programs
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong skills in drawing, painting, sketching, and craft work
- Knowledge of different art techniques and materials
- Creativity in designing projects and activities
Additional Skills:
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic Computer skills (design tools or digital art – optional)
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Passion for art and creative teaching
- Ability to handle students effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: Not Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
