PRT All Subjects Mother Teacher
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach all primary subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi, etc.) to a single class as a mother teacher
- Plan and deliver lessons as per curriculum guidelines
- Build strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy
Classroom Management:
- Manage the classroom environment throughout the day
- Maintain discipline and a nurturing, child-friendly atmosphere
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and daily activities
Student Development:
- Focus on overall development of students (academic, emotional, social)
- Track individual student progress and provide personalized support
- Encourage participation in activities, storytelling, and creative learning
Coordination & School Activities:
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents regularly
- Participate in meetings, school events, and academic programs
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong foundation in all primary subjects
- Ability to teach basic literacy, numeracy, and environmental concepts
- Skill in activity-based and child-centered teaching methods
Additional Skills:
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic Computer skills (MS Office, digital teaching tools)
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

- Ability to handle young children with care and patience

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
