Position

Music Teacher

Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)

Academic Responsibilities:

• Teach music (vocal and/or instrumental) to students
• Plan and conduct music classes as per school curriculum
• Develop students’ musical skills, rhythm, and creativity

Classroom & Practice Management:

• Maintain discipline and a positive, creative learning environment
• Organize regular practice sessions and rehearsals
• Ensure proper use and care of musical instruments

Student Development:

• Prepare students for performances, competitions, and cultural events
• Encourage participation in singing, instrumental music, and group activities
• Support students’ overall artistic and personality development

Coordination & School Activities:

• Coordinate with staff and management
• Organize and participate in school events, annual functions, and cultural programs
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines

Required Skills

Subject-Specific Skills:

• Strong knowledge of vocal and/or instrumental music
• Understanding of rhythm, melody, and musical techniques
• Ability to train students for performances and competitions

Additional Skills:

• Creativity and ability to engage students in music activities
• Basic knowledge of music instruments and their handling

Communication Skills:

• Good communication in English / Hindi / Both

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
• Passion for music and teaching
• Ability to handle students effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Qualification: Not Mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
• Benefits as per school policy
