PRT All Subjects Teacher
Key Responsibilities (Structured Format)
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach all primary subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, Hindi, etc.) effectively
- Plan and deliver lessons as per curriculum guidelines
- Build strong foundational skills in literacy and numeracy
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive, child-friendly learning environment
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and daily classroom activities
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress
Student Development:
- Focus on overall development (academic, emotional, and social)
- Encourage participation in classroom and co-curricular activities
- Provide individual attention and support to students
Coordination & School Activities:
- Coordinate with teachers, management, and parents
- Participate in meetings, school events, and academic programs
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
Required Skills
Subject-Specific Skills:
- Strong foundation in all primary-level subjects
- Ability to teach basic literacy, numeracy, and environmental concepts
- Skill in activity-based and child-centered teaching methods
Additional Skills:
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Basic Computer skills (MS Office, digital teaching tools)
Communication Skills:
- Good communication in English / Hindi / Both
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional approach
- Ability to handle primary students effectively
- Patience and a nurturing teaching style
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹36,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
