KIRPAL SAGAR ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of PGT Biology Teacher. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator who can contribute to academic excellence and support the overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to senior classes with clarity and conceptual depth
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Conduct practicals, experiments, and lab activities effectively
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Biology)
- Strong knowledge of Botany, Zoology, Genetics, and Ecology
- Ability to conduct and supervise laboratory experiments and dissections
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids, digital tools, and smart classes
- Skill in explaining complex biological concepts in a simple, engaging manner
- Experience in preparing students for board exams and competitive exams
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (Biology or related field)
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed / CTET / STET (as applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
