KIRPAL SAGAR ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of Spoken English Trainer. We are looking for a skilled professional who can enhance students’ communication abilities and contribute to their overall personality development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct spoken English sessions for students across different classes
- Improve students’ fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in English
- Design interactive activities such as group discussions, debates, and presentations
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Spoken English)
- Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Expertise in spoken English training methodologies and communication skills development
- Ability to conduct public speaking, personality development, and soft skills sessions
- Familiarity with phonetics and accent training techniques
- Capability to engage students through interactive and activity-based learning
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed (if applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹44,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
