KIRPAL SAGAR ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of Security Guard and Hostel Warden (Male/Female). We are looking for responsible and disciplined individuals who can ensure the safety, security, and proper management of the school and hostel premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and security of school and hostel premises
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, and students
- Supervise hostel students and ensure discipline and well-being
- Handle emergencies and report incidents to management promptly
- Maintain records related to visitors and hostel activities
- Follow school policies, schedules, and operational guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, or events
Role-Specific Skills (Security & Hostel Management)
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and surveillance practices
- Ability to manage hostel routines, student discipline, and daily supervision
- Strong observation, alertness, and problem-solving skills
- Capability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: Not mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
