KIRPAL SAGAR ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of Van Driver. We are looking for a responsible and experienced driver who can ensure the safe and timely transportation of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the school van for student pick-up and drop-off
- Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly
- Ensure the safety and discipline of students during transit
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Follow school policies, traffic rules, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with school staff and management when required
- Participate in school-related duties or activities if needed
Role-Specific Skills (Driving & Transport Safety)
- Valid driving license for commercial/light motor vehicles
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Strong sense of responsibility and road safety awareness
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Class 12 (Senior Secondary / Intermediate)
- Professional Qualification: Not mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 3 years driving experience
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
