THE BHARATH ACADEMY is inviting applications for the position of Pre School Teacher. We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic educator who can nurture young learners and support their early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and care for pre-school students in a safe and engaging environment
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Develop basic language, motor, and social skills in children
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff and management when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Pre-School Education)
- Knowledge of early childhood education methods and child psychology
- Ability to use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, rhymes, and play-based learning
- Skills in classroom management for young children
- Familiarity with activity-based learning and foundational skill development
- Patience, empathy, and strong nurturing abilities
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (if applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
