BCM ARYA MODEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Co-Teacher (Kindergarten). We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic educator who can assist in nurturing young learners and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the main teacher in managing kindergarten classrooms
- Support in planning and conducting age-appropriate learning activities
- Help in developing basic language, motor, and social skills in children
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, engaging classroom environment
- Assist in monitoring student progress and classroom activities
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Kindergarten Support)
- Understanding of early childhood education and child development
- Ability to assist in activity-based learning, storytelling, and play-way methods
- Classroom management skills for young children
- Patience, empathy, and nurturing attitude
- Ability to support creative activities like art, craft, and rhymes
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed (if applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
