THE H. B. KAPADIA KLF SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of PRT Teacher (All Subjects). We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who can handle multiple subjects at the primary level and contribute to the overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach multiple subjects to primary classes with clarity and engagement
- Plan and deliver structured lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Primary Education – All Subjects)
- Strong foundational knowledge in subjects like English, Mathematics, EVS, and General Studies
- Ability to use activity-based and child-centric teaching methods
- Skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital learning tools
- Capability to build basic literacy and numeracy skills in young learners
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: D.El.Ed (if applicable)
- Experience: Freshers can apply
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
