YUGAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of PGT Teacher (All Subjects). We are seeking experienced and dedicated educators who can teach senior classes effectively and contribute to academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects to senior secondary classes with clarity and depth
- Plan and deliver structured lesson plans as per curriculum standards
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (All Subjects – Senior Secondary)
- Strong subject knowledge in respective specialization (Science, Commerce, Arts, etc.)
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Experience in board exam preparation and result-oriented teaching
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools
- Skills in lesson planning, evaluation, and student mentoring
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (relevant subject)
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed / CTET / STET (as applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹34,000 – ₹48,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
