YUGAM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is inviting applications for the position of Hostel Wardens (Male/Female). We are looking for responsible and disciplined individuals who can manage hostel operations and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline
- Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all residents
- Manage daily hostel routines and schedules
- Maintain records of student attendance and activities
- Handle emergencies and report issues to management
- Coordinate with school staff, management, and parents when required
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Role-Specific Skills (Hostel Management)
- Ability to manage student behavior and hostel discipline
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Capability to handle emergency situations responsibly
- Basic record-keeping and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: Not mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
