Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall school administration and academic planning
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and school policies
- Supervise teaching staff and support their professional development
- Maintain discipline and a positive school environment
- Monitor student performance and institutional progress
- Coordinate with management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders
- Organize school activities, events, and meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school
Role-Specific Skills (School Leadership & Administration)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of academic planning and curriculum management
- Ability to mentor teachers and improve teaching standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling school operations, compliance, and administration
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to lead and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed / CTET / STET (as applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years (preferably in teaching and leadership roles)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
