Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in managing school administration and academics
- Ensure implementation of curriculum and school policies
- Supervise teachers and support their performance and development
- Maintain discipline and a positive school environment
- Monitor student performance and academic progress
- Coordinate with staff, management, parents, and stakeholders
- Organize school activities, events, and meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school
Role-Specific Skills (Academic Leadership & Administration)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of curriculum planning and academic management
- Ability to mentor and guide teaching staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in school administration and coordination
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to lead and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed / CTET / STET (as applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
