INTERNATIONAL DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL GHOU MANHASAN is inviting applications for the position of Dance & Music Teacher. We are looking for creative and energetic professionals who can nurture students’ artistic talents and contribute to their co-curricular development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Dance and Music classes for students as per assigned schedule
- Train students for cultural programs, competitions, and stage performances
- Plan and organize creative and performing arts activities
- Encourage student participation and talent development
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Dance & Music)
Dance
- Expertise in any dance form such as classical, western, or folk
- Ability to choreograph performances and train students confidently
Music
- Knowledge of vocal and/or instrumental music
- Ability to teach rhythm, melody, and performance techniques
- Experience in preparing students for cultural competitions and events
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: Not mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
- Additional benefits as per school policy
