INTERNATIONAL DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL GHOU MANHASAN is inviting applications for the position of TGT Hindi Teacher. We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator who can effectively teach Hindi language and literature to middle school students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature to middle school classes
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans as per curriculum standards
- Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills in Hindi
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines
- Coordinate with staff, management, and parents when required
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and events
Subject-Specific Skills (Hindi Language)
- Strong command over Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature
- Ability to teach reading comprehension, writing, and language skills effectively
- Skills in spoken Hindi and communication development
- Familiarity with creative teaching methods and language activities
- Capability to prepare students for academic assessments and examinations
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Both
- Willingness to learn and adapt to school processes
- Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable), and probation period
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
