Learnaculous Academy is looking to hire a Student Counsellors for our Center in Manikonda. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing assigned duties efficiently and supporting the smooth functioning of the Institute.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to the assigned role as per institute requirements
• Follow school policies, schedules, and guidelines
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Coordinate with institute staff, management, and parents (if required)
• Participate in school activities, meetings, or events when needed

• Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach
• Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Telugu]
• Willingness to learn and adapt to institute processes
• Ready to attend interview, demo (if applicable),and probation period

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹ 12000 per month (based on qualification and experience)

Time: 4:30 to 8:00 pm Monday to sat
