Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate academic activities for the Primary Section.
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers to enhance teaching quality and classroom effectiveness.
- Plan and implement the academic calendar, lesson plans, assessments, and co-curricular activities.
- Monitor students' academic performance and support their overall development.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents regarding students' progress and academic initiatives.
- Organize teacher training programmes, workshops, meetings, and academic reviews.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and adherence to school policies and educational standards.
- Participate in school events, admissions, inspections, and other administrative responsibilities.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of primary education pedagogy and curriculum planning.
- Effective classroom observation, teacher mentoring, and performance evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or academic leadership experience, preferably in the Primary Section.
