• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all academic and administrative activities of the Pre-Primary section.
• Guide, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers to ensure effective classroom teaching.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Monitor children's learning, behaviour, and overall developmental milestones.
• Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and parents regarding children's progress and school activities.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, celebrations, and co-curricular programmes.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, curriculum standards, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, admissions, and training programmes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to design creative, activity-based, and play-way learning experiences.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards young children.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• D.El.Ed.
• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching or academic coordination, preferably in a preschool or primary school.
