Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Senior Secondary students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, laboratory activities, and assessments.
- Explain complex Physics concepts through practical demonstrations, experiments, and interactive teaching methods.
- Conduct laboratory practicals while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide guidance for board and competitive examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic development.
- Participate in examinations, school events, staff meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, Waves, Modern Physics, and Electronics.
- Ability to conduct Physics laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations effectively.
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE/State Board examinations and competitive entrance exams such as JEE and NEET.
- Ability to simplify numerical problems and develop analytical and scientific thinking among students.
- Familiarity with smart classroom technology, simulations, and digital teaching tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Effective lesson planning, assessment, and student mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate students and encourage inquiry-based learning.
- Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching resources.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Physics from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics Teacher in a recognized school.
