Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate school assemblies, annual functions, cultural programmes, competitions, and special events.
• Prepare the annual calendar for co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and school management for the successful execution of school events.
• Encourage student participation in literary, cultural, sports, and leadership activities.
• Supervise clubs, house activities, talent competitions, and celebration of national and international events.
• Manage event schedules, logistics, stage arrangements, and activity documentation.
• Coordinate with parents, guest speakers, and external organizations whenever required.
• Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during all school activities.

• Participate in school meetings, training programmes, and institutional development initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
