Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to Primary classes using activity-based and child-centric teaching methodologies.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids aligned with the school curriculum.
• Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Encourage storytelling, creative writing, phonics, and language enrichment activities.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
• Participate in school assemblies, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
• Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.

Subject-Specific Skills

• Strong command of English Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Spoken English.
• Ability to teach phonics, storytelling, creative writing, and foundational language skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• D.El.Ed.
• B.Ed.
• CTET
• STET

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a Primary English Teacher in a recognized school.
