Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to middle school students using interactive and learner-centred teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, assessments, and study materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and spoken English skills.
- Encourage creative writing, public speaking, debates, storytelling, and literary appreciation.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for academic improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in school assemblies, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills
- Strong command of English Grammar, Literature, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
