Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to Primary classes using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' understanding of basic scientific concepts through experiments, demonstrations, and practical activities.
- Encourage curiosity, observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in school assemblies, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, science exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, schedules, and academic guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Science, General Science, and foundational concepts of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology suitable for Primary classes.
- Ability to conduct simple experiments and hands-on classroom activities.
- Expertise in activity-based, inquiry-based, and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts using real-life examples and visual learning tools.
- Familiarity with smart classroom technology and digital educational resources.
Required Skills
- Excellent classroom management and child-handling abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree with Science or a related subject from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
