Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to middle school students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.
- Explain scientific concepts through demonstrations, experiments, and interactive teaching methods.
- Develop students' observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct laboratory practicals while ensuring safety standards and proper use of equipment.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in examinations, school events, staff meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills
- Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science at the middle school level.
- Ability to conduct science experiments and hands-on learning activities.
- Expertise in activity-based, inquiry-based, and experiential teaching methodologies.
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts using practical examples and visual learning aids.
- Familiarity with smart classroom technology, laboratory equipment, and digital teaching resources.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree with Science or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
