Key Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science to Primary students using interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
• Introduce students to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI),Robotics, coding, and computational thinking.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, coding activities, and practical assignments aligned with the school curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on sessions in computer laboratories and robotics labs while ensuring student safety.
• Encourage logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving through coding challenges and technology projects.
• Organize coding competitions, robotics workshops, exhibitions, and technology-related school events.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain computer lab equipment and coordinate with the IT department for smooth functioning.
• Participate in school assemblies, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
• Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.

Subject-Specific Skills

• Strong knowledge of Computer Fundamentals, Programming Concepts, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Computational Thinking.
• Familiarity with beginner-friendly programming platforms such as Scratch, Blockly, Python, or similar coding tools.
• Experience with educational robotics platforms such as LEGO Education, Arduino, micro:bit, mBot, or similar kits.
• Ability to teach basic concepts of AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Sensors, and Robotics in an age-appropriate manner.
• Knowledge of STEM education, coding competitions, and project-based learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in using smart classroom technology, educational software, and digital learning platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• B.Ed.
• CTET
• STET
• Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, STEM Education, or other relevant professional courses.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Computer Science, preferably with exposure to AI and Robotics in a school environment.
