Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Assess students' academic progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Promote the development of communication, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents regarding students' academic and behavioural progress.
• Participate in school assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
• Follow school policies, schedules, and institutional guidelines.

Subject-Specific Skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and effective classroom communication.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to design interactive, activity-based, and learner-centred lessons.
• Proficiency in preparing age-appropriate learning materials and assessments.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.
• Ability to integrate communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking into classroom instruction.

Required Skills

• Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Excellent lesson planning, assessment, and student mentoring abilities.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, parents, and school management.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• D.El.Ed.
• B.Ed.
• CTET
• STET
• Other relevant teaching certifications.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
