Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to middle school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, assessments, and practice materials.
• Explain mathematical concepts using interactive, activity-based, and real-life applications.
• Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and remedial classes to improve student performance.
• Prepare students for school examinations, Olympiads, and other mathematics competitions.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging, student-friendly learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
• Participate in school assemblies, examinations, staff meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
• Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.

Subject-Specific Skills

• Strong knowledge of Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Statistics, Probability, Number System, and Coordinate Geometry.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts using practical examples and visual teaching aids.
• Expertise in developing students' quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills.
• Experience in preparing students for CBSE/ICSE/State Board examinations.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology, digital mathematics tools, and educational software.
• Ability to conduct activity-based learning and mathematics laboratory sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics as a major subject from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• B.Ed.
• CTET
• STET
• Other relevant teaching certifications.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a TGT Mathematics Teacher in a recognized school.
