Key Responsibilities
- Teach Social Science to middle school students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
- Deliver engaging lessons using maps, charts, presentations, and activity-based learning methods.
- Develop students' understanding of History, Geography, Civics, and Economics through practical examples and discussions.
- Encourage critical thinking, research, debate, and project-based learning.
- Assess students' academic performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents regarding students' academic progress.
- Participate in examinations, school assemblies, educational tours, workshops, meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills
- Strong knowledge of History, Geography, Political Science (Civics),and Economics at the middle school level.
- Ability to explain historical events, geographical concepts, constitutional values, and economic principles using real-life examples.
- Expertise in map work, project-based learning, and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE/ICSE/State Board examinations.
- Proficiency in using smart classroom technology, digital maps, multimedia presentations, and educational resources.
Required Skills
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree with History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Social Science as a major subject from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:
