Key Responsibilities

• Teach primary classes using activity-based, experiential, and child-centred teaching methodologies.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and creative learning materials aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop students' foundational skills in English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS),General Knowledge, and other primary subjects.
• Foster students' communication, creativity, critical thinking, and social development.
• Assess students' academic progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline while creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Organize classroom activities, storytelling sessions, projects, educational games, and co-curricular events.
• Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents to support students' holistic development.
• Participate in school assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, examinations, and school events.
• Follow school policies, academic schedules, and institutional guidelines.

Subject-Specific Skills

• Strong understanding of English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS),General Knowledge, and foundational learning concepts for Primary classes.
• Expertise in phonics, storytelling, activity-based learning, experiential teaching, and classroom engagement techniques.
• Ability to create interactive lesson plans and age-appropriate learning resources.
• Proficiency in using smart classroom technology, digital teaching tools, and educational applications.
• Ability to identify diverse learning needs and provide individualized academic support.

Required Skills

• Excellent classroom management and child-handling skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Effective lesson planning, assessment, and student mentoring abilities.
• Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach to teaching.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and educational technology tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Professional Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications will be preferred:

• D.El.Ed.
• B.Ed.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a Primary Teacher (PRT) in a recognized school.
