Job Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Develop students' proficiency in grammar, reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, and literature.
- Assess students through classwork, projects, assignments, and examinations, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
- Foster a disciplined, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and critical thinking.
- Identify individual learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
