Job Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor primary or pre-primary students by delivering age-appropriate lessons across multiple subjects as per the school curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and holistic development.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and teaching aids to support effective learning.
• Foster the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of students through interactive teaching methods.
• Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall well-being, providing timely feedback to parents and school authorities.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment reports, and student portfolios.
• Encourage positive values, good manners, discipline, and healthy classroom habits among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, classroom activities, and developmental milestones.
• Participate in school assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, training programmes, cultural events, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure effective implementation of academic programmes.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

• Excellent understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to create interactive, activity-based, and learner-centric classroom experiences.
• Creativity in developing teaching aids and classroom activities.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring approach towards young learners.
• Good organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed., NTT, or other relevant teacher training qualification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognised school, preferably at the pre-primary or primary level.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits and other facilities will be provided as per the school's policies.
