Job Responsibilities
- Teach the assigned subject in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and school academic standards.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments, projects, practical activities (where applicable),and assessments.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction using innovative and student-centred teaching methodologies.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, communication skills, and subject-specific competencies.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes active participation and effective learning.
- Guide students in academic projects, examinations, and overall intellectual development.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support students' academic and personal growth.
- Participate actively in examinations, faculty meetings, school events, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
- Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.
Required Skills
TGT Physics
- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts, scientific principles, laboratory practices, and practical applications.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts through demonstrations, experiments, and activity-based learning.
- Competence in developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills.
TGT Sanskrit
- Excellent command of Sanskrit language, grammar, literature, translation, and composition.
- Ability to make language learning engaging through interactive teaching techniques and cultural integration.
- Strong understanding of classical texts and modern pedagogical approaches for language instruction.
General Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and modern instructional methods.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/STET qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience as a TGT in a recognised school.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
