Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in the assigned discipline as per the institutional curriculum and academic regulations.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, laboratory exercises (where applicable),and assessment tools.
• Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic learning, research projects, dissertations, internships, and career development.
• Conduct classroom teaching using innovative, outcome-based, and technology-enabled pedagogical practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, presentations, and continuous assessment methods.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, evaluation reports, and course documentation.
• Mentor students in academic, professional, and personal development while fostering an engaging learning environment.
• Participate in curriculum planning, academic committees, accreditation processes, and institutional quality initiatives.
• Undertake research activities, publish scholarly papers in reputed journals, and contribute to conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research, consultancy projects, and institutional development initiatives.
• Build strong academic and industry linkages to enhance teaching, research, and student employability.
• Participate actively in admissions, examinations, institutional events, outreach programmes, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.
• Perform additional academic and administrative duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Required Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant discipline.
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Research aptitude with the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals and contribute to funded research projects.
• Knowledge of outcome-based education, curriculum development, and modern assessment practices.

• Proficiency in digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS),and educational technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• Candidates with Ph.D., NET, SET, or other qualifications prescribed by the relevant statutory authorities will be preferred.
• Additional professional qualifications relevant to the discipline will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant teaching, research, or academic experience in a recognised college, university, or higher educational institution.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and the position offered.
