Job Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and school academic standards.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction using student-centred and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
• Develop students' conceptual understanding, language proficiency, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom activities.
• Create a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and effective learning.
• Guide students in project work, examinations, competitions, and other academic activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to achieve institutional academic goals.
• Participate actively in examinations, faculty meetings, school functions, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

Hindi Teacher

• Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature, composition, and communication skills.
• Ability to enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities through interactive teaching methods.

Sanskrit Teacher

• Excellent knowledge of Sanskrit grammar, literature, translation, composition, and language teaching methodologies.
• Ability to make Sanskrit learning engaging through practical activities, storytelling, and cultural integration.

Mathematics Teacher

• Strong understanding of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and other mathematical concepts.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and develop students' analytical and logical reasoning skills.

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and modern pedagogical practices.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• CTET/STET qualification will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognised school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
