Job Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and school academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction using innovative, technology-enabled, and student-centred teaching methodologies.
• Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom documentation.
• Create a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and effective learning.
• Guide students in project work, subject enrichment activities, examinations, and academic competitions.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic performance and overall development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to implement academic programmes and institutional initiatives.
• Participate actively in examinations, faculty meetings, workshops, school events, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

TGT Chemistry

• Strong knowledge of physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry with the ability to explain scientific concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures, experiments, and practical demonstrations.
• Ability to develop students' scientific thinking and analytical skills through activity-based learning.

TGT Mathematics

• Excellent command of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and other mathematical concepts relevant to middle and secondary classes.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and strengthen students' logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude.
• Expertise in preparing students for examinations through concept-based teaching and problem-solving techniques.

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and modern pedagogical practices.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• CTET/STET qualification will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience as a TGT in a recognised school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits and other facilities will be provided as per the school's policies.
