Job Responsibilities

Sports Teacher

• Plan and conduct physical education classes and sports training sessions for students across different age groups.
• Coach students in various indoor and outdoor sports while promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Organise inter-house, inter-school, district, and state-level sports competitions and athletic events.
• Ensure the safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and playground facilities.
• Identify and mentor talented students for competitive sporting events.

Music Teacher

• Teach vocal and/or instrumental music in accordance with the school's co-curricular programme.
• Develop students' musical knowledge, rhythm, vocal techniques, and performance skills.
• Prepare students for assemblies, annual functions, competitions, cultural programmes, and special events.
• Encourage creativity, confidence, and appreciation of different musical styles and traditions.

Dance Teacher

• Teach one or more dance forms such as Classical, Folk, Contemporary, Western, Bollywood, or Creative Dance.
• Choreograph performances for annual functions, cultural festivals, competitions, and school celebrations.
• Develop students' coordination, rhythm, flexibility, confidence, and stage presence.
• Promote creativity, teamwork, discipline, and artistic expression through dance.

General Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and activity schedules for assigned programmes.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students during activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive guidance to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and school management to organise school events and co-curricular programmes.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, workshops, training sessions, and institutional activities.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

• Strong subject expertise in the respective activity area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage students of different age groups.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and event management abilities.
• Creativity in designing engaging learning experiences and student performances.
• Good classroom and student management skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to holistic student development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• Diploma, certification, or professional training in Sports, Physical Education, Music, Dance, Performing Arts, or the relevant field will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching or coaching experience in a recognised school, academy, or educational institution.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
