Job Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subjects in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging, interactive, and activity-based classroom instruction that promotes conceptual understanding and student participation.
• Teach subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Telugu, EVS, and other subjects as assigned by the school.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom documentation.
• Create a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Integrate digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and modern pedagogical practices into classroom instruction.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular activities, projects, competitions, exhibitions, and school events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve academic excellence and institutional goals.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, workshops, training programmes, examinations, and other school activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Required Skills

• Strong subject knowledge across the assigned teaching areas.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons using activity-based and experiential learning methods.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology, digital learning platforms, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed. is preferred.
• Additional teaching qualifications or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognised school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
