Job Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi to Primary (PRT) and Trained Graduate (TGT) level students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare well-structured lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and spoken Hindi skills through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
• Encourage creative writing, storytelling, debates, recitation, drama, and other language enrichment activities.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom documentation.
• Create a disciplined, inclusive, and student-friendly classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Integrate smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methodologies into daily instruction.
• Encourage students to participate in literary competitions, cultural programmes, language clubs, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to implement academic programmes and school initiatives.
• Participate actively in examinations, faculty meetings, workshops, training programmes, school functions, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Ability to teach students at both Primary and TGT levels using innovative and activity-based teaching methods.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology and digital learning platforms.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed. is preferred for PRT.
• B.Ed. is mandatory for TGT.
• CTET/STET qualification will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience as a Hindi Teacher in a recognised school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
