Job Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi to primary school students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
• Deliver engaging, activity-based, and interactive lessons using child-centred teaching methodologies.
• Encourage students to participate in storytelling, poetry recitation, creative writing, debates, and language enrichment activities.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom documentation.
• Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that supports holistic student development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to implement academic programmes and school initiatives.
• Participate actively in school events, examinations, faculty meetings, workshops, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

• Strong command of the Hindi language, grammar, literature, and communication skills.
• Ability to teach primary students using creative, activity-based, and experiential learning techniques.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Strong lesson planning, assessment, and curriculum implementation skills.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern classroom practices will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to nurturing young learners and promoting academic excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed. is mandatory.
• Additional qualifications in Elementary Education or Primary Teacher Training will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognised primary school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
