Job Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi or Nursery/Primary classes in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, assignments, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
• Deliver engaging, activity-based, and interactive lessons using child-centred teaching methodologies.
• Develop students' language, literacy, numeracy, communication, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
• Encourage participation in storytelling, phonics, rhymes, creative writing, art-integrated learning, and classroom projects.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, student progress, and classroom documentation.
• Create a safe, inclusive, disciplined, and nurturing classroom environment that supports holistic child development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall growth.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to implement academic programmes and school initiatives.
• Participate actively in school events, workshops, faculty meetings, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

Hindi Teacher

• Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills through interactive teaching methods.

Nursery & Primary Teacher

• Sound understanding of early childhood education and primary teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging, play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning experiences.
• Strong skills in classroom management, phonics, foundational literacy, numeracy, and child development.

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology and modern teaching methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with a passion for nurturing young learners.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed. or NTT qualification is mandatory.
• Additional certification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognised school or educational institution.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹33,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits and other facilities will be provided as per the school's policies.
