Job Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessment materials.
• Deliver engaging, interactive, and technology-enabled classroom instruction using modern teaching methodologies.
• Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, communication skills, and subject proficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous academic improvement.
• Prepare students for board examinations, Olympiads, competitive examinations, and subject-related competitions.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, academic progress, and classroom documentation.
• Create a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation and lifelong learning.
• Integrate digital learning tools, smart classroom technology, and experiential learning techniques into classroom teaching.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic performance and overall development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to implement academic programmes and institutional initiatives.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings, workshops, training programmes, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Required Skills

Science Teacher

• Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science appropriate to the assigned grade level.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations, laboratory activities, and inquiry-based learning.

Mathematics Teacher

• Excellent command of Mathematics, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts through activity-based and concept-oriented teaching.

English Teacher

• Excellent command of English language, grammar, literature, communication skills, creative writing, and language development.
• Ability to enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical thinking abilities.

Hindi Teacher

• Strong knowledge of Hindi language, grammar, literature, composition, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop students' language proficiency through storytelling, creative writing, debates, poetry, and interactive classroom activities.

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with smart classroom technology, digital learning platforms, and modern pedagogical practices.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred for PGT positions) in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• CTET/STET or other relevant teaching qualifications will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognised school.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
