Job Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries from prospective parents through walk-ins, telephone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Counsel parents and students regarding the school's academic programmes, curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and fee structure.
• Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about the school's infrastructure, teaching methodology, and student support services.
• Manage the complete admission process, including enquiry registration, application follow-up, document verification, and admission confirmation.
• Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry databases, reports, and documentation using school ERP and CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective parents to achieve admission targets and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate admission tests, interviews, orientation programmes, and student onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents by addressing their queries and providing timely assistance.
• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
• Participate in admission drives, education fairs, promotional campaigns, school events, and outreach programmes.
• Prepare admission reports, analyse enquiry trends, and recommend strategies to enhance admissions.
• Perform additional administrative and admission-related responsibilities assigned by the school management.

Required Skills

• Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and public relations abilities.
• Ability to achieve admission targets through effective follow-up and relationship building.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, documentation, and school ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle parents and visitors professionally with a positive and service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Professional attitude with strong presentation, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• Additional qualifications or certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, Public Relations, or Educational Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Admission Counselor, Admission Executive, Front Office Executive, Relationship Manager, Student Counselor, or in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational institution.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits and other facilities will be provided as per the school's policies.
