Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in accordance with the school's early childhood education curriculum.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, activity materials, and interactive learning resources.
• Foster children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and activity-oriented learning.
• Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills using innovative teaching methods.
• Organise storytelling sessions, rhymes, music, art and craft, educational games, and classroom activities.
• Observe and assess students' learning progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones while maintaining accurate records.
• Encourage discipline, positive values, teamwork, and good social habits among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's academic progress and overall development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure effective implementation of academic programmes.
• Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, faculty meetings, school events, celebrations, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to create interactive, activity-based, and play-oriented learning experiences.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Creativity in designing teaching aids and classroom activities.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and educational technology will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• D.El.Ed. or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) qualification is preferred.
• Additional certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Education will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood education will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits and other facilities will be provided as per the school's policies.
