HIRING: HINDI TEACHER (PRT)

STAIRS SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE is inviting applications for the position of Hindi Teacher (PRT) at our campus in Railway Station Area, Kota, Rajasthan – 325201.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi to Primary classes using engaging and effective teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in Hindi.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, student-friendly learning environment.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents whenever required.
• Participate actively in school events, meetings, training sessions, and academic activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create interactive and activity-based learning experiences.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demo, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Hindi Teacher (PRT) preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
• Benefits as per school policy.
