HIRING: PGT COMMERCE
Allenhouse Public School invites applications for the position of PGT Commerce at our campus in Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226029.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and other Commerce subjects to Senior Secondary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and help students achieve excellent academic outcomes.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, student-centric learning environment.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular academic guidance and feedback.
- Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to support students' overall development.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
Requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong subject expertise in Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Financial Management, and Commerce stream concepts.
- Proficiency in modern teaching techniques and digital classroom tools.
- Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Professional Qualification:B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Commerce teacher.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
- Benefits as per school policy.
