HIRING: DANCE & ART & CRAFT TEACHERS

GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL is inviting applications for the positions of Dance Teacher and Art & Craft Teacher at our campus in Sector 10A, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging Dance and Art & Craft classes for students across different grade levels.
• Prepare creative lesson plans, activity schedules, exhibitions, performances, and project-based learning activities.
• Encourage creativity, self-expression, teamwork, and confidence through hands-on learning experiences.
• Train students for cultural programs, annual functions, assemblies, exhibitions, and inter-school competitions.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development.
• Coordinate with school management, colleagues, and parents to ensure students' holistic growth.
• Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and other co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Dance Teacher: Expertise in one or more dance forms with strong choreography, performance, and stage presentation skills.
• Art & Craft Teacher: Proficiency in drawing, painting, sketching, paper craft, clay modelling, creative design, and various art techniques.
• Ability to organize creative workshops, exhibitions, and student performances.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
• Willingness to attend the interview, practical demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field.
• Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications or specialized training in Dance or Fine Arts will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
