DRAUPADI PUBLIC HR. SEC. SCHOOL, SHADORA is inviting applications for the position of Primary Teacher (PRT) – All Subjects at our campus in JH8V+RGH, Shadora, Madhya Pradesh – 473330.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Studies, and other primary-level subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and activity-based learning materials.
• Build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and conceptual understanding through engaging teaching methods.
• Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Coordinate with school management, fellow teachers, and parents to support students' academic and overall development.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, examinations, meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of English, Mathematics, EVS, Science, Social Studies, and primary classroom pedagogy.
• Ability to conduct activity-based, interactive, and student-centered classroom sessions.
• Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and classroom technology will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to attend the interview, teaching demonstration, and probation period.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional Qualification:D.El.Ed. (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Primary School.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefits as per school policy.
